Although Johnny Depp was born in June 9, 1963, majority of his childhood was spent in Florida. A school drop out at 15 years old, with a dream of becoming a rocker. He started off with garage bands, one of which is The Kids, before he got into acting when he came to LA California with his then wife, Lori Anne Allison a.k.a Lori A. Depp. He was then introduced to Nicolas Cage and did his debut film, A Nightmare on Elm Street in 1984. He later soared into further stardom in the popular TV series, 21 Jumpstreet.
The title role in Edward Scissorhands done in 1990 was so successful that it practically defined Johnny Depp as this distinct, serious, dark performer. For some reason, he has remained majority of his private life to himself, compared to the rest of his colleagues. He had a whole lot of other films that were exceptional. A very versatile actor, indeed.
He dated a few famous celebrities like Winona Ryder, Kate Moss and Jennifer Grey. Her marriage with Lori Ann Allison ended after two years in 1985. He is currently living with French singer/actress Vanessa Paradis. Together, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, have two children: LilyRose Melody and Jack.
