Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo finally tied the knot in the morning of April 28, 2009 at San Juan Nepomuceno Church in San Juan, Batangas. Noel Ferrer defends the couple that they had to be firm and stick to the plan of secrecy to be able to keep their wedding as solemn as possible and it turned out the way they have always wanted it to be.
Unlike all other celebrity weddings that turned out to be like a circus, the wedding of Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo was one of its kind. The private and solemn ceremony started very early at around seven in the morning and ended after an hour’s time. Fr. Tito Caluag was the one who officiated the wedding and the ceremony was closed to the media.
Even the list of principal sponsors was short, composed of just six names. We have to give it to the newlyweds how they were able to come up with such chosen few with the kind of stature they both have in the world of show business. Matron of Honor was no less than Sharon Cuneta-Pangilinan herself and Best Man was Ryan’s brother, Dondi. Congratulations and best wishes to the newlyweds Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo.
