Move Over Oprah, Angelina Jolie is Now the World’s Most Powerful Celebrity

Oprah Winfrey has been officially dethroned off her title of being the world’s most powerful celebrity by no less than Angelina Jolie herself. Angelina earned a total of $27 million in the last year, a bulk of which came from her movies Kung Fu Panda Wanted and the soon to be released Salt.

Oprah Winfrey is now second to Angelina Jolie on the list. Jolie also gave birth to her twins by Brad Pitt and all her numerous philanthropic programs added to her already wealthy list. Her partner Brad Pitt made it to No. 9 in the list.

Top 3 on the world’s most powerful celebrity is Madonna with earnings at $110 million, Top 4 Beyonce Knowles with $87 and celebrity pro golfer Tiger Woods who earned $110 million in the past year. Move over Oprah Winfrey as Angelina Jolie claims the crown of being the world’s most powerful celebrity.

Brangelina in Manila?

The latest celebrity news is that Brangelina and their children are in town. Rumors started circulating last Friday, following a US-registered private plan arriving in NAIA. What has been going around is that the celebrity family is staying in Shangrila Hotel.

There are hearsays here and there that Brangelina are gracing a launching of another Shangrila Hotel, and this posh Hotel and Resort is none other than that of the Boracay island, where an overnight stay ranges from P28,000 to P158,000! (approx. $610 to $3,435).

We will just have to hear it from the vacationers who are currently enjoying the white sands of Bora. This famous couple should not be hard to spot. Sure they can hide under large hats and huge glasses but then again, it just won’t be possible for them to be in Boracay and stay indoors. We will soon know if Brangelina is really in Manila.

These little tots are celebrities themselves and are therefore subject to critics from all over. Spotted whatever they are wearing right from they were infants! I bet Katie and Angelina have a fun time dressing up their respective babies. Girls can be lovely such little creatures.

We see that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt chose pants and tops for their darling two and a half year old daughter, Shiloh Nouvel. While the ever demure Suri swears by dresses like the way she is always spotted. Come to think of it, have you seen Suri wearing pants yet? She’s just like a little lady ready to ramp.
