American Idol Welcomes Ellen DeGeneres

Ellen DeGeneres joins American Idol as the Hollywood round unfolds today, February 9, as this season’s new celebrity judge. DeGeneres is straightforward all right but not annoying. She joins Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi in the panel of judges. Her presence is actually a refreshing one.
DeGeneres easily slid to replace Paula Abdul without scratch. It is fun to see her spice up the panel of judge. She definitely fits in to the mix. She might not be in the music industry all right, but she does know her way to please people – which she happens to be very good at. We all wait how she will further fare towards the next episodes. One thing for sure, people love Elle DeGeneres’ presence in American Idol already.
